Setting up auto-reply

This feature lets you compose automatic replies for all incoming messages. It is useful when you are not replying to incoming messages for extended periods of time.

To set auto-reply:

  1. Click
  2. Select Mail
  3. Select Auto-reply
  4. In the Auto-Reply section, select the Enable auto-reply check box.
  5. In the Your auto-reply message field, enter the message for your auto-reply.
  6. To have original mail returned with the auto-reply, select the Return original email with auto reply message check box.
  7. Click Save to update your account with your selected settings.
  8. or

  9. Click to undo any changes since your last save.
